PRINCE2
PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a globally recognised process-based project management methodology. Originally developed by the British Government’s Office of Government Commerce (OGC), it has been widely adopted and customised by organisations throughout the World and examinations have taken place in over 50 countries.

PRINCE2 Workshop
This workshop aims to certify participants in PRINCE2, the leading project management method. Successful completion of this workshop will enable participants to:
- Understand the need for project management and how PRINCE2 meets that requirement
- Understand the processes, components and techniques of PRINCE2
- Prepare project plans using product-based planning techniques
- Undertake risk analysis and risk management for the project
- Prepare information for inclusion in a Project Initiation Document
- Understand and apply the techniques for product-based planning, quality control and change control
- Prepare for and take the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Examinations
