Online Assessments tool produces an immediate report emailed to the respondent indicating patterns of strengths, weaknesses, and key recommendations.

PMPartners can use structured interviews or online assessments to rate the competence of individual project staff. Participants are assessed against the PMI Project Management Competency Development Framework standard which uses criteria based on:

Knowledge: the participant’s formal project management knowledge
Professional: their ability to apply that knowledge to their work
Personal: how they behave in different scenarios

 

The result is a well-rounded appraisal of each participant’s project management competency that can then feed into customised training development or coaching and mentoring plans. Project Health Checks

PM-Partners introduces a new service - Project and Programmes Health Check.

The purpose of a health check is to gain independent assessment of how well the project or programme is performing in accordance with its objectives and in adherence with any relevant processes or standards.

Health checks are a very cost effective and quick way of gauging how well the project is progressing, dedicated time is made available and unbiased review conducted.

Ad-hoc health checks can also be beneficial where for example there has been a change within the organisation, to the project scope or a replacement project manager.

Online Project Health Checks

These 30 minute Project Health Checks are available at two levels: Project Governance and Project Assurance. The end result of each Assessment is an immediate traffic light report with key recommendations, and a comparison of the project's performance as compared with internationally recognised best practice. These Project Health Checks are aligned with PMBoK (v1.3 2004), PRINCE2 (v2005) and ISO 10006:2003 (Quality Management: Guidelines for Quality Management in Projects).
